The Up Down Trail is the first trail on the left. It's a half mile up hill followed by a mile of downhill at about a 12% grade. Loop back about 2/4 mile of gentle uphill top the starting point. 8 more miles of trails are at the facility.
Located at the intersection of Hwy 49 and Pedro Hill Road. From US 50 Take ElDorado Hills Blvd. North to Salmon Falls Rd. Continue North till you get to Hwy 49 and make a right. Go 2 miles to Pedro Hill Rd. and make another right. Entry is dead ahead. free parking.
